I am not sure that the majority of Colgan bashing is deserved.... yes, they have their problems but so do many others.

In this tight job market, several employers are exhibiting an increasing disregard for their potential and current employees. Spirit, Midwest(republic), Comair, UPS etc... Be on the look out for those with previous good reputations to slip downward. It seems that some employers choose to crap on people because they can during these bad economic times,,, there are many hungry un-employed persons ready and waiting for a job.

Read my post in the AE flight benefit thread. If you believe what I say is true,,, then maybe we could cut Colgan a bit of slack.
