Agreed. From the FAA website:
"When the FAA responds to Pilot Records Improvement Act (PRIA) requests,
only
final legal enforcement actions resulting in a finding of violation are released. Enforcement database information pertaining to No Actions, Administrative Actions, or Legal Actions in process or under appeal, are
not
released under PRIA. Administrative Action resulting from an accepted non‑sole‑source ASAP report is not released pursuant to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request."
