Scheduling gives me a 4 day, and leaves the other guy on short call. Now normally this wouldn't be a big deal since we are both in the 4 day bucket, but.....there are 6 four days and a 5 day starting on the 3rd. There are now 3 guys to cover them. I even called them and asked them, and they said that's how the computer did it. I said I understand why the computer did it, but you guys are just hosing yourselves. Think outside the box for crying out loud!!!
Seems to me they are essentially wasting a reserve.

That department started a downward spiral about 4 months ago, and it is getting exponentially worse by the hour.... I called my rep about it....

Ever tried going international (Africa) with your better half out of JFK ??? Amazing what they come up with for the $$$ they make by selling those buddy passes. Seems like the company is doing something to prevent it now though..
