Those furloughed will pay the price in the long run for the IPA going after the managers as well as all the pending grievances. UPS will intentionally stick it to the furloughees at any expense to include keeping them out long enough not to recall. Remember what the EB said, we represent all IPA pilots not just the furloughed pilots. I agree they represent all of us but should be working to ensure when all is said and done they work to bring furloughed pilots back.

The EB has not made a statement regarding the furlough or OT/JA ban in some time. While guys may not be picking up OT, they are trading up big time for high credit trips. Not exactly the way I read the direction from the EB. I guess for some gurarantee is not enough, tell that to the furloughed!
