I was referring to the fact that we seem to negotiate many items that we already have in our contract. We are constantly amending our contract. You wrote - "Hmmm, There is a contract that addresses the flows. They don't have to do anything. There is no deadline other than a self imposed one."

My point is that there are many things in our contract that meet the "don't have to do anything" definition...yet we "do" something. I think this is one more.
