I know that you are losing your flow and your benifits and I don't have an answer for that - it sucks no doubt about it. I believe we need to fairly integrate the seniority lists of all three of our companies and work on a joint contract that will protect all of our interests going forward. PNCL Corp has two airplanes that are in demand in the 900 and the q400. If they have to be flown at a regional instead of a major then lets fly them together and be compensated well for it. I believe that you can help our pilots in getting a contract with your experience. I also believe your good safety record can help our company as well. I plan on going to your crew bases and introducing myself to you guys and i hope some more of my pinnacle co workers will as well. Its going to be tough at first, there will be rumors spread about what is going to happen, there will be tools at both places who don't know how to handle this kind of situation, and there will be pressure from management but if our unions can work together towards a common goal at all 3 airlines - then we can keep the good tradition of your name and continue to build a better one at ours.
I agree 100%
Thankfully all three of the MEC's believe this as well. Hopefully in the end we will have one list with over 3,000 pilots and 1 contract. Seniority integration is not something that will please 100% of the pilots, its impossible to do. The hope is to do it with the least amount of tears and blood required.
