Thankfully all three of the MEC's believe this as well. Hopefully in the end we will have one list with over 3,000 pilots and 1 contract. Seniority integration is not something that will please 100% of the pilots, its impossible to do. The hope is to do it with the least amount of tears and blood required.
That is exactly right. We all need to know going forward that nearly EVERYBODY from all three airlines will not be overly happy with the immediate result of a SLI......but a single seniority list for all three is better for the future.
