I don't think they have to wait for peak - 777 guys have been on draft pretty much since the beginning - haven't they?

Plus....they'll get a nice Christmas/Peak bonus anyway when the (higher) pay rate is settled on & then they get their retro paychecks.

THEN the quadruple draft will kick in right after all that!!
