Buzz, as a northie, I see this particular situation as the final answer on scope issues for the future. Yes, I want scope. But if this issue which is in the contract in black and white is not enforced or leveraged to the full extent possible to get the most for the pilot group, then all scope is not worth the paper it is written on and I would be for NOT negotiating any scope in the future at a cost to the pilot group.
