All the pilots here at Colgan suck at life because they made the worst career decision possible. No one will ever move on because our company is so bad. Our payrates are horrible, we don't have a contract, our management sucks ... etc.

We all understand that the ONLY respectable regional airlines out there are those that pilots will STILL CONTINUE to talk **** about regardless of the quality of contract, strength of the pilot force, management purity (oxymoron, I know). It doesn't matter who one works for, it'll never be good enough until one moves onto the major airlines. I have yet to read a thread on here about ANY regional carrier, whether it's classified as a "regional" or "major" by the DOT, that did not have some sort of negative connotation to it. And more of then than not, it's the SAME people on here that post the negative comments
