Probably true as well, but irrelevant to this discussion.

Unlike the usual puff piece produced by a company, union or the media it is chock full of factual information.
Omitting much other information, such as, what was the company really offering, what did the contract mean in terms of cost to the company, and what were the underlying assumptions made in achieving that assessment (i.e. growth, inflation, stock market, etc.).

We often take our companies to task, but should we not demand the same accountability from our own organizations?
Certainly, but we don't get to make up the rules as we go along. Like the pilots at Spirit, we all have to play the hand we're dealt.

My point is to consider all sides of the argument, not just what you want to hear or believe.
Couldn't agree more.

I think we should all be asking why these sorts of stalling tactics are viewed as an acceptable status quo.
