See that's what people don't get. No one well I guess I shouldn't say no one, but most people don't plan on staying at a regional. The ones that get stuck making $95/hr flying CRJs end up making the job miserable for guys that are just stopping in to build time and move on. Right now my goal is to do the best job I can build my time move on and of course enjoy the ride. That not getting a job thing is BS... plus who would want to work for people who discriminates.
