Also, if it hasn't been said yet, for the TMAT questions - keep the stories to the SAR format - Situation, Actions, Resolution (Positive if possible)

For the panel, here's the advice I gave a friend - You're attending a "career day" and you have three high school seniors who all have their private/instrument certificates. They want to know about your flying career as an "expert." Thus, they pick your brain. Use the above analogy and you'll sound professional, technical and you won't drop the "F" bomb during interview!
