There are a lot of ALPA people getting paid for not flying. It's well within someones right to know where our dues are going.
Be that as it may, but giving a rep a call and trying to get an answer from those in the know is only fair.
How would you like it if someone jumped the chain of command (say went to management rather than pro standards) for something you had done?
