I'm not aware of too many Air Force maintanence squadrons capable of doing the MRO work in a timely fashion, so the DOD / AF has continually had Delta TechOps perform the MRO on the C-32 fleet, memory serves me that they've been doing it for at least 6 years, if not closer to 10.

At UAL we've maintained their PW2040's for some time now with their "Unique modifications" as well as the F117PW120's that power the C17's. I haven't seen the C32's in quite a while but I used to see them regularly in Dock 3 at SFOOV. when we were still based at SFO.
