Someone in charge said about 59% were making it through the interview. When I interviewed in 2007, there were 8 of us - I don't know if how many they interviewed per day this time . So they interviewed for about a month this time - 4 weeks x 5 days, 20 days. 20 * 8 is 160 x 0.59 is 95 or so. Add 45 or 50 furlough bypass is 145 or 150. Even with the flows from Mesaba and Compass, that doesn't seem like it adds up to the 305 they said they would hire this year.
