Every time I see this the part that makes me laugh the most is the arrow pointing to Alaska going "MORE AMERICA!!"
Makes me want to do a PA on my next JFK-TLV flight: "...and our route of flight tonight will take us over pussi-land, then evil-doerville on our descent into Tel Aviv..."
