Example - PB/PR day ends at 15:00 - if they assign a rotation/short call nlt than 06:00 (9 hours priort to PB end,) it can begin no earlier than 20:00?

I know the earliest they can assign a rotation/short call on your first reserve day is 05:00 (if its assigned by 15:00 on the last x day.)
