The last transition I went through was not much of a extensive system evaluation, in fact it is all done on a 100 question multiple choice test. I hate to say to but it was the worst transition class I have ever been to in my years at ual, and anyother airline for that matter.
I absolutely agree. They know that we all have multiple types and over 10,000 hours and 11+ years with the company and are using that to sail people through training with a high pass rate due to our experience.
