They have always been great for me. They do take some time and have a process.

They follow. If you are the type that has to have it resolved overnight then you might be frustrated. I have had 3 major issues with crew scheds in the last years. Dalpa took care of all 3 for me and put enough money in my pocket to buy a car from the issues. You also have a process to follow. You should have asked crew scheds to resolve the issue. If they refuse to your satisfaction then you go to the CP's office. If that does not work then you go to Dalpa.
