I am sure all the other employees would like a per capita distribution also. It would cut your check substantially though. As it is now, it works out to a flat percentage increase in compensation, just like a temporary one year pay raise. One could argue that a ramp rat works much harder than I do too, but his paycheck is a little lighter. I think we could start a whole other forum talking about compensation structures and I am not sure we would ever solve that.
