Exactly, the only pool it's going to reduce the size of, is the number of 250 hour college grads they can throw $16K/year at.

Peez, the spirit of this is more a reaction to the Colgan crash. Maybe it would have prevented it, maybe it wouldn't. I agree that back ground and past history should play a role, but lets be honest, the regionals just want you to be able to fog a mirror. This IS ultimately a stop in the right direction. I can hear the screams and crying at McKay and Doolittle from here.

By the way... try proof reading what you write.
