Payback Days question.
I have 4 days of reserve they have to pay me back for. I am off the rest of this month. All of the days I am working next month has negative coverage. What happens to those days if they don't approve my payback days? Will they roll to the month of September?
Thanks. I can't find anything in the contract regarding this.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think they're added to your vacation days. If you've used your vacation for the year they go to next years I believe.
I think this is what happens, but I'm sure someone will chime in.
