Well, of course, that goes without saying. That is why I put "has to" in quotes. In addition to that, I thought the context of my post would suffice. To further clarify; When one buys block time, they can fly whenever they want to. When one has a job, they "have to" fly,
even when it is an inconvenience. Of course they can delay or cancel a trip based safety(which wasn't in the context of the post), but not for the same reasons that a block time buyer can....i.e., it's a little bumpy, or my butt hurts, etc.
Yes, there is a difference.
