In this example the OP asks about a certain company and admits that he/she already knows that this company could be bad. Plenty of people reply to that request for information confirming that this company is bad and that they should stay away.
Even after all this information some individuals are still so starry eyed that they will probably ignore all the information and go there anyway only to tell us how bad it is in a few months time.
So how are you going to make decisions as a pilot armed with all of the information when you encounter bad weather for example? Will it be a case of "I know the radar looks bad and all the other pilots and controllers have been telling me to go around but I'll just go through that thunderstorm anyway" ?
Take some pride in yourself and stay away from bad companies like this.

, Don't count your eggs before they hatch man... I'm keeping with my old job because of what people said on this forum... I don't love my current instructing job, because the boss is a horrible boss and has burnt many bridges with other flight schools and flight buisnesses. But I am keeping with current job.
