Many formerly deemed substandard jobs are a huge step up from junior narrow-body reserve at CAL.
No kidding.
Especially since a bypass or Military Leave of Absence will have no negative effect in the seniority list integration.
Bypass recall till they go through the list once.
Let those who really need a job go back to sit reserve.
Once they've gone through the list once, take the second call, and return as a "senior" reserve or maybe a junior line holder if the hiring really starts in earnest.
