The GS they were calling about started with a redeye. When I explained that I was unrested and not in position, that's when she turned on the ***** mode. I have never had a scheduler talk to me like that, ever.
So what exactly is "Acknowledge" the trip? Is it saying "hello" or is it "yes I can be there?" I tend to believe the latter. For the one time I may have not been able to help out there are probably 20 that I have. It's summer and the whole operation is stressed. We all have to work together to make it run smoothly.

BD,
Sorry BD, I wasn't trying to pick on you. Just trying to make a point that didn't come across to well. Sounds like you were very reasonable and the scheduler was NOT. Just guessing that you were her third or fourth call to cover this trip. Regardless, she should not have treated you that way. Common courtesy should be a given between employees of the same company. Unfortunately I have run into the samething a few times too.
