Keep in mind there is also a 5 year contract negotiation, 3 pilot groups being turned into 2, and a process that hasn't been established and agreed to in terms of an end product. Your choice to try to come to pinnacle or NOT is your decision but I would spend some time researching it all before just going full bore over an ad. Just my .02
