My CA on newhire OE would not let me buy a single thing. Not even coffee. I felt like a free loader, but at $30.08 an hour I wasn't complaining.

BTW, newhires will he going to the 320 in MSP/DTW. Both fell 50+ FOs short of the 22.D.3 on the Dec 2010 projected category list.
