Absolutely, i understand that I'm part of the heads up poker game that is contract negotiations. I've definitely been looking at other airlines, I just am not quite ready to give up on Horizon entirely. QX has a great reputation (for the time being) throughout the industry, both with pilot and management groups. I don't want to fly for Colgan, Mesa, GoJet, etc. and have a hard time getting a call for an interview at a decent airline because of the difference in reputation.

But, I have to agree that if QX managers keep up their indecisiveness and lack of direction for the company, it will never grow, and Horizon will cease to exist. I haven't been to the Ops center in over 2 years, but I assume it probably looks something like the New York Stock Exchange in there...papers flying, people screaming "BUY!! SELL!! BUY!! SELL!!"

Btw, I've only been in finance for a few years...but it doesn't take a CFO's level of experience to know that a 10% ROI, especially on capital, is completely absurd
