That is one of the primary reasons I left QX. I loved the people I worked with but after flying 4 on 3 off and realizing it was the best I could ever get, I got a little annoyed. Add to the fact that the work days were going from 3-4 legs a day to 7-8 and that was the final straw.

My first line I held at my new airline was 4 on 7 off 4 on 5 off 4 on 6 off.
