No assuming. They couldn't build every line to 85 before, they can't build every line to 90 now, but, during the busy season, I'll bet you your ALPA tie you see close to a 5 hour increase in avg line value.
BTW, it doesn't matter if its the whole 5 hours, or 1 hour, it's still forced OT. YOU, Capt Scott will become what you hate, an OT W****!
