Give credit where credit is due and it started at Love Field in 1971. Do you read history? Previous posts? Pre 9-11 wages at UsAir, DAL, NWA, and UAL were higher then SWA CURRENT wages. Do you understand that SWA CURRENT wages were brought up to industry standards? That said industry standards were based on pay at DAL, UAL, NWA, UsAir?
You seem to be confused about how SWA got to it's current wages and how Legacy's got to their current wages. Fact of the matter is SWA wages were very low for a very long time, and they FINALLY MATCHED better paying airlines. Then Legacy's went through their respective bankruptcy contracts and had their wages reduced.
