I moved up 3 numbers since July...not sure if those people left or if they just took a leave. I am keeping track now and checking the list every month. People are leaving but management has no plan on calling people back since the fall is approaching the flying is suppose to drop off at the end of September.

Right now we have 192 FO's with 180 being active (not on leave)

With 44 aircraft that is 4.36 FO's per plane total or 4.09 FO's active per plane.
