Delta Airlines has thousands of pilots. They ONE African American female pilot. ASA has been around since 1979. They just hired their first AfricanAMerican female pilot this year. To me that says something.
For some food for thought, when I left ASA they were hiring about 15-20% at least female (white).. it was borderline odd to see so many so fast coming thru, of which one was none other than the infamous Kelly Flynn of Airforce scandal fame..
