For Republic pilots:

I understand that the arbitration over a whether a 100 seat E190 with a seat on MEL pays at <100 seat rate was lost by IBT 747. Is that true?

Also there has been a sea change at Republic IBT with almost all incumbent MEC members being voted out. True? If so, when does the new leadership take charge?

I just want to know the score going into rebuttal in DC next week.
