From one who has been on reserve for 3 years I'd say yours is much better from what I have seen so far. I think long call is the same %. Ready reserve for us is 8 hrs paid for 4. Long call can be converted I think 6 or 8 times, but cannot be converted to RR. You can get called in to do a round trip, then get back and put on RR for the difference of the trip - what is left of 8 hrs.
