I agree with your position. Have you done anything to bring this to the Union's attention? Email your reps or Jay Pierce. You could bring it up on the one of the conference calls. You may find that putting it up on the Union web board may even elicit a response from the union leadership. Writing about it anonymously on an open chatroom may get it off your chest, but accomplishes nothing more.
