Good news all around, the company gets to use their shiny new 90 hour line build, the DTW guys get to be ALPA sanctioned, mandatory OT prostitutes (albeit at straight time) for the next four months. Only problem is for any DTW guy that was looking at taking some float before the end of the year... Don't think that's going to happen.

the company got caught by surprise, like its something new at Spirit.
100% OT may be the only thing to attribute the recalls + new hires for the new frames.
People picking up OT at 150% and dealing behind the scenes for 200% pay would DEFINITELY keep pilots on the streets. FACT!. 85-90 hrs lines will not.
