Basically I just had to call the CPO and then they entered the MIL LV days. It just another step to the process but it also allows the CPs to have greater visibility on who takes MIL LV which is probably a good thing.

The APD list of days is a good start but it has some additional days thrown in - in my case it was Valentines Day.
