I think they are....my understanding is that all the new composite heavy planes cannot do a pax to freighter mod and must be designed in at production for flooring strength..
Boeing is working on a 777BCF which makes a standard 777 into a freighter. The 777 floor beams are composite but can be replaced with beefier ones.
