Those van companies make a killing so maybe there are cost savings that would make it worth the hassle. A few years back JetBlue was paying something like $700,000 for shuttle service in MCO. A local JetBlue checkairman did the math and showed the company they could buy three shuttles, hire the drivers, pay all the insurance and other costs involved, and do it for $300,000. They didn't want to save $400,000 back then so the guy did it himself and got the bid to do it for $500,000 saving JetBlue $200,000 and putting $200,000 per year in his pocket.

If it really costs that much money for the limo services then it might be worth the cost to have a limo operation in house.
