Probably make more than a ramper if they get the gig in some of the busy cities like ATL. Do two runs per hour downtown during a 12 hour shift and that is 48 legs per day. Say you only have 40 with people because a few are empty runs. You probably have an average of three per run so that would be 120 people. Captains tip a couple bucks, FO's and FA's a buck. So in addition to the $10/hr that guy/gal will make about $180 in tips. That is $300 per day 5 days per week. So they will make about about $6000 per month or $72,000 per year with more than half of that in cash. I didn't make that much until I was on 3rd year pay.

Do we tip the driver if they are a Delta employee?? Maybe I'll save $6 per trip with company limo service!!
