If you are not aware, since SEP11 2001, with few exceptions, the average FO has been waiting for the left seat for 5-6 yrs., not including the majority of the majors.

At least with our new contract, FO's will get better pay, i'm sure you are not turning it down.
One LAST TIME, and I'll type REALLY slowly for you this time. Better to have a few people picking up OT than the whole group being FORCED to. Allows the company to cover the schedule with LESS PILOTS = LONGER furloughs / LONGER to upgrade. (Even OUR MEC saw the need for a no furlough clause).
You say the only thing that will get furloughs back is new AC. Great, then get off the anti-OT bit. You can't have it both ways.
Finally, why would I turn down the pay RATE increase? It partially offsets the give backs.
