There are a couple of things of importance that I forgot to include.

We have an ASAP program, that I think is an awesome program in improving Safety, do they have that at ASA or Skywest? Also, anytime you feel too tired to fly, you can all fatigued and submit an ASAP report and management can not even question you.

We also have a FOQA program which also gives trends and improves safety and operation. The FOQA data can not be used for any disciplinary action.

We have our own training center with 3 full motion simulators and 2 FTDs.
