In all honesty if you put the Atlantic Southeast pilot CBA next to the ExpressJet CBA I'm pretty sure they are very similar. QOL is relatively the same and pay is around a $1 difference. One CBA has something the other is lacking and vise versa. They really aren't that far off. If you secretly started using one CBA for all the pilots people probably wouldn't even notice the difference.
