While mentioning that some people get out from under the rock, that poster tried to sell the idea that "block or better" and 100% deadhead pay is rare. English is certainly not his/her first language and the old CRJ vs. ERJ debate hasn't been brought up since 2008. The entire post is inflammatory and almost definitely pure flame bait.
