They won't hesitate to slap you guys with pay cuts, line value reductions, etc. if they need to. I've worked for a non-union shop with a great reputation of "taking care of employees," and I've watched it go downhill fast when the money stops coming in.

Hope you don't lose a feed contract with a mainline customer. You'll experience all this first-hand like I did. Management is there to ensure that the company makes a profit; no more, no less. They'll do it any way they need to. Mark my words.
