I'm not sure your hunch is necessarily right. I think if the airline is worth more put together he would try to keep it together. Like ASA or XJT. (he tried to keep it completely seperate before.) However if the planes, potential contracts from flying them, cost of training and elimination of debt are worth more than the existing certificate, contracts, infrastructure, and existing debt... then you're probably right with your hunch. If it's cheaper for him to merge them, then that's what he'd do to. Just aquiring the assets, I don't believe is ALWAYS the best option for Jerry, and as of yet, hasn't been the best option.
