Not sure I really understand the medical exam. If you hold a 1st class medical what more do they want? Are the sticking you with needles or something? What the heck could they possible be looking for?
They do a full physical, EKG, Blood work and the main reason for the medical they take care of the intial drug tests. Plus I believe now they do the finger printing as well but not sure about that.
